Soft red wine from the Spanish La Mancha. Full of aromatic and smooth taste. This wine, aged in oak, is delicious to drink with or with (grilled) beef or pork.

Description

Unlike most of the wine companies in La Mancha in Spain, Pago de la Jaraba is a small producer that makes wine exclusively from its own vineyards. We often say it: small artisanal companies generally produce higher quality than large, more industrial companies that are geared to large production.

This high quality certainly applies to this excellent and soft-tasting reserva. Made from hand-picked tempranillo merlot and cabernet sauvignon grapes and aged over a year in small wooden casks made of French and American oak.

To maintain the maximum taste, the winemaker does not filter the wine. However, this can cause a little droughts that is a natural process. Highly recommended!
