Chakana Mendoza White Blend
Full, supple Argentine dry white wine with a pleasant aroma of light tropical fruit and mild toast scents. The taste is soft and fresh. Delicious with cold starters with fish or poultry, or with fried fish.
Mendoza nuna estate
Chakana, the successful bodega in Mendoza, Argentina, has now almost completely switched to organic viticulture. Winemaker Gabriel Bloise is advised by the Italian oenologist Alberto Antonini, who is known for his preference for naturally made wines with freshness and elegance. Chakana seeks coolness for this white blend and harvests the Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Viognier grapes on the foothills of the Andes, at an altitude of more than 900 meters. The wine is made with cool fermentation and without oak aging.
