Description

Rimauresq is mainly known for its award-winning rosé. The terroir (sandy and limestone soils) with a cool north-west exposure ensures a relatively long and above all balanced ripening of the grapes with an excellent acid-sugar balance. The red wine, also with cru classé status, is made from cabernet sauvignon, carignan, syrah and mourvèdre. The location and terroir also have a great influence on red wine and Rimauresq therefore has a refined and elegant structure.

The “Flo” restaurant chain, very well known in France, including the beautiful art déco brasseries La Coupole Bofinger and Le Vaudeville in Paris, put this beautiful red Provence on the map last summer.
