Arnaud Sirugue - top producer in Vosne-Romanée - selected pinot noir vines of at least thirty years old for this unique Burgundy.
The result: an excellent dry and refined rosé in the style of a Provençal cru classé, which tastes even better after some bottle aging. A special feature, because quality rosé from Burgundy is scarce. Very tasty, for example with cold starters, fresh salads and light dishes from the grill.
