French rosé with a subtle aroma of spices and fine red fruit. The taste is complex and persistent. Delicious with Southern French classics such as salads with fish and olive oil, grilled fish and meat dishes.
Description
The domaine de Rimauresq is in the exclusive company of a small number of Provence Cru Classé vineyards. Rimauresq has this quality addition because of the exceptionally good terroir, a concept that includes the unique combination of vineyards, grape varieties and microclimate. Every effort is made here to make the highest possible quality wine. For example, the yield of the vineyards is kept low by proper pruning and the grapes are harvested in the early morning. Despite the light color, the Rimauresq rosé tastes extremely powerful with a long finish. Partly because of this, this wine is a fantastic meal companion. This rosé is made from the classic Provence grape varieties Cinsault and Tibouren.
