Description
Valpolicella is certainly one of the most famous wines in Italy. This can be explained because the vineyards are located near the busy Lake Garda. Millions of holidaymakers have already become acquainted with this local wine, which is produced in very different qualities! The Valpolicella Classico Superiore from Monte del Frá is one of the better and made from the grape varieties Corvina Veronese Rondinella and Molinara planted according to the pergola system. After fermentation, the wine remains in steel tanks (to guarantee the freshness of the wine) and is bottled 2 months before sale.
