The village of Trets at its best

In his vineyards in the southern French village of Trets, Olivier Sumeire makes a series of beautiful rosé wines, including this delicious Cabaret. The grapes are stored at a low temperature immediately after harvest. This creates the light salmon-pink color and refined aromas that are so characteristic of good Provencal rosé.

In contrast to the more exuberant and candy-like rosés, this pale pink Provençe - made of 70% grenache and 30% cinsault - is very suitable for serving with refined meals. The subtle and dry taste is unmistakably Provencal.
