On the north side of Deidesheim, the favorable location of the Herrgottsacker vineyard ensures a varietal, fresh wine style. The grapes ripen evenly and not too quickly in the relatively cool German climate, the prerequisite for high quality. This way the fresh acidity is preserved and the grapes still reach perfect ripeness. The Herrgottsacker can be drunk young but can also be easily stored for several years.
