David Nieuwoudt is currently the 5th generation owner of this beautiful winery in the northern part of South Africa. The vineyards are located in the Cederberg area of the same name at an altitude of over 1000 meters. The cool and very remote location results in a virus free vineyard. The wines of Cederberg are distinguished by elegance and purity of fruit aromas and flavors and wholesale in medals.

Thanks to the high and cool location of the Cederberg vineyards, David Nieuwoudt can make delicious fresh white wines here. Like this Sauvignon that is made with as little contact with oxygen as possible. The vinification is also modern with a cool maceration and fermentation.
