Fresh red wine with a spicy aroma of fresh red fruit and a touch of spiciness. The taste starts soft, fresh and balanced; the aftertaste is pleasant and aromatic. A smooth red wine with excellent drinkability.
Description
Sepp Moser, son of the wine pioneer Lenz Moser, handed over the management of his traditional Weingut to his son Nikolaus in 2000. Despite his young age, Nikolaus is already an experienced winemaker who produces first-class wines. This is evident from the Austrian Gault&Milau guide, where Sepp Moser is counted among the best 35 wine producers. The vineyards are located in the Kremstal (mainly dry white wine production) and the Neusiedlersee (red and sweet white wines). Moser proves with this supple, unaged zweigelt that Austria produces attractive and characterful red wines. Rather refined than powerful, this wine can also be enjoyed outside meals.
