Description
This gastronomic wine has a soft character thanks to the fine clay soils of the Piedmontese hills of Cairanne and is just like its terroir: sunny and luminous. This vintage is also the result of passion and time. Unique because of the slow fermentation in barrels in our cellars, this beer will seduce you with its sensual notes and mineral touch.
This wine has a bright, golden color. The rich nose opens with notes of peach, honeysuckle, white flowers and a hint of honey. The rich and very fine taste is accompanied by a mineral freshness. It can be kept for 4 to 5 years.
Our white Cairanne vintage “L'Exigence” combines well with mature cheeses, white meat and mushrooms.
