Description

The Trois Terroirs harvest represents the essence of Domaine Boisson. Coming from old vines planted in three geological areas of Cairanne (Les Sables, Les Coteaux and Le Garrigues), this vintage offers a classic vision of Cairanne, characterised by the elegance of the tannins and the finesse of the aromas.

The grapes are hand-picked when they are perfectly ripe and then vinified mainly in concrete vats. This wine opens with a frank and sincere aroma of red fruits (strawberry, morello cherries) and spices (black pepper and liquorice). The full and refined taste continues to contain fruit, spices and undergrowth (thyme, laurel). The texture of the wine is fine and is supported by a light tannin structure that ensures a silky and delicate finish.

In the young stage, grilled pieces of beef will suit the intensity of the wine, and after a few years, stewed dishes (beef with carrots, lamb cooked for 7 hours, etc.) will taste delicious on winter evenings by the fire.
