Tasting note La Mancha Tempranillo
Clear, light red in color and fresh, slightly spicy scent with nuances of red berries. The taste is fresh and juicy and develops a mild, light tannin in the aftertaste.
Description
The popularity of the tempranilo grape has not only increased in La Mancha, the grape (locally called cencibel) is also giving better and more interesting results. This is mainly due to the increasingly improved techniques in the vineyard and the cellar. These ensure that fruity, balanced wines can still be made despite the warm climate in the region. The Tempranillo from Cantina Mora is a good example of this. It is a smooth, fruity, accessible glass of red, which is also made organically. Simply drink it as a drink, or at the table with various meat dishes or cheeses.
