A beautiful Languedoc

Enjoy the Mediterranean with this delicious juicy Sauvignon from the French south. The grapes are grown in the Languedoc, around the village of Saint-Cyrice. The relatively warm climate provides a nice mild, ripe and accessible style.

The grapes are harvested at exactly the right time, namely when they are nicely ripe but also have their fine aromatic and fresh character. In the cellar, the wine is fermented cool in stainless steel tanks, so as not to lose any of that fruity, juicy character.

You can drink a delicious Sauvignon Blanc, with the mildness and ripeness of the French south and the aroma, juiciness and spiciness so typical of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Delicious as a cocktail wine, but also perfect with salads, crustaceans and shellfish, light fish dishes or fresh goat cheese.
