Massimo Di Lenardo likes to challenge himself and stimulate his love for wine making. That is why he has launched a special project: One Shot.

The idea behind this project is to produce a limited, one-time edition of a new wine every year. This gives Massimo the pleasure of a free and creative winemaking process, while the wine drinker can always discover a delicious, surprising new creation from the popular Di Lenardo.

This year's One Shot is a seductive, wood-aged Sauvignon Blanc. After harvesting and fermentation, Max allowed the wine to mature for six months in new French oak barriques. Max's idea? The juicy, fresh and tropical flavors of the Sauvignon are enriched with a smoky touch from the wood aging.
