Description
Rich yet zesty Pinot Gris, freshness in the foreground and a kick of minerality from the limestone terroir. Plump and cuddly as your favorite aunt due to the long yeast fermentation, toasty and a hint of liquorice, but still balanced. Subtle touch of oak, green apple, lemon peel, flint, yoghurt and touch of melon.
