Description
A wine of pleasure and sharing, the red Côtes du Rhône is an unpretentious wine focused on the fruit. Coming from plots bordering the Cairanne appellation, we find the characters of finesse and elegance specific to Cairanne. To be enjoyed in its youth for immediate pleasure.
The wine is harvested in the first days of the harvest to maintain freshness and balance and has a bright hue with ruby reflections. The primary aromas of spicy red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant) are mixed with pepper to offer an invigorating wine. The taste is smooth, greedy in the register of red fruits.
Simple meals such as a parmentier, lasagne or a cheese platter go well with this Côtes du Rhône full of sincerity.
