Domaine l'Ecu is a wine company in the Loire Valley in France. It is run by Eric Nicolas, a biodynamic winemaker who makes wines from grapes grown organically or biodynamically. The company produces a range of wines from different grape varieties, including Muscadet, Cabernet Franc, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir and Gamay. The wines of Domaine l'Ecu are known for their refinement, complexity and attunement to the terroir of the region.

This wine is made from the Cabernet Franc grape variety. The wine has a dark red color and aromas of black currants, herbs and spices. In the taste are notes of ripe red fruit, such as berries, with a hint of pepper and a soft tannin structure.
