Chardonnay from southern Burgundy in its purest form: delicious, ripe yellow fruit in the aroma and a long, concentrated taste with a nice balance between fresh and mild. Modest influence of oak maturation.

 

 

 

Domaine Jean Chartron is currently managed by the fifth generation. With 14 hectares of vineyards with mainly chardonnay in the most beautiful places in Puligny Montrachet and the surrounding municipalities. The majority are classified as Premier and Grand Cru. Chartron also owns more than 3 hectares in the Rully appellation, south of the famous crus. In the hands of Chartron, the Rully Montmorin is a beautiful full, white burgundy with a modest influence of the aging in oak casks.

This full white burgundy goes perfectly with fine fish dishes such as cod, turbot and sole.
