A delicious Chardonnay

Accessible and versatile white wine with a pure olfactory expression of peach, apricot, melon and toast. Juicy and full of flavor with a good fraîcheur. The finale is persistent with ripe yellow fruit and a light almond touch. Perfect as an aperitif, or with (fish) salads, chicken or white meat.

Soft and creamy

Excellent quality and very competitively priced, that is the short description of the series of Cyrice wines from the South of France. Take this soft, slightly creamy Chardonnay.

The grapes are grown in the Languedoc, around the village of Saint-Cyrice, which also gave its name to this wine range. Once ripe, they are harvested in the cool of the night and immediately transported to the cellar. This way they are in optimal healthy condition when they are pressed.

After pressing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks. Here too, a cool temperature is ensured, so that the grapes retain as much of their fruity, grape-specific character as possible.

The result is an expressive, very tasty white wine, with notes of peach, mango and a hint of creaminess. It is delicious as a drink or aperitif, but also great at the table, for example with fish or chicken. The house wine for chardonnay lovers!
