Pinot noir is the grape with which Palliser Estate and the Martinborough region are making waves. More than half of the southernmost wine region in the North Island is Pinot Noir. The same is the case with Palliser. It is not without reason that they call Pinot Noirs their flagship wines.

The Pencarrow is the domain's entry-level wine. It is made in a similar way to the Estate series, but in a more accessible, soft style and for a very reasonable price.

The Pencarrow Pinot is characterized by a beautiful combination of fresh elegance on the one hand and good structure on the other. This means that the wine is not only delicious to drink, but also great to use at the table. Drink it for the next three years, for example in combination with chicken or mushrooms.

Fruity, smooth Pinot Noir that matches well with lamb and spicy, Mediterranean dishes. At its best slightly chilled.

Light ruby red in color with a subdued aroma expression of red fruit (forest strawberry, cranberry), rosehip and sage. Seductively fruity, juicy and round in taste with good freshness. Refined, soft and slightly spicy in the aftertaste.

Drink now; can be kept for approximately four to five years after harvest.
