Elegant, richly variegated red wine. The fragrance is extremely refined with nuances of black cherry, red currant, undergrowth and spices (pepper, bay leaf). Pure, finesse and at the same time full of flavor with fresh acidity, fine tannins and a long finish. Ideal at the table, for example with stewed chicken with chorizo, poultry paella or soft, young cheeses.
