Beautiful, subtle red wine to drink slightly chilled. Ideal with stewed lamb shank with rosemary, Moroccan tagine or aged Dutch cheeses.
Light ruby red wine with a delicate scent of raspberry, blackberry, leather and pepper. The taste is refined, beautifully juicy and refreshingly fresh with supple tannins. Nuances of sweet and sour cherry and cloves in the elegant aftertaste.
Nice to drink now; Shelf life up to approximately 7 years after harvest date.
