The Brezzanova Blush is a real special. The term blush nods to the American rosé made from the zinfandel grape. But where the Americans use a blue grape to make blush rosé, Brezzanova uses white pinot grigio!
How does the rosé get a salmon pink color? That's all in the skin of the Pinot Grigio; it is light pink in color. By briefly bringing the peels into contact with the juice, this Pinot Grigio gets its beautiful light color.
The wine ferments and matures in stainless steel tanks. This way it stays nice and juicy and fruity. The Brezzanova Pinot Grigio Blush has notes of strawberries, apricots and blossoms, a distinctly fruity, juicy taste and a slightly sweet aftertaste. Ideal drinks and terrace wine!
