Long description
Olivier Sumeire turns the grapes from his vineyards in the south of France into a series of beautiful rosé wines, mainly with the Provence designation of origin. Recently, the regional wine Le Rosé de S was added, which is made from the grapes Cinsault and Grenache (50%). The harvest starts early, at 4 a.m., and ends at 10:30 a.m. at the latest, so that the grapes are harvested as cool as possible. This is important to preserve the refined aromas that characterize this Provence rosé. It goes without saying that the fermentation also takes place under a low and controlled temperature. In contrast to the more expressive and candy-like rosé style, this pale pink rosé is very suitable for serving with refined meals.

Delicious rosé for everyday use, both as an aperitif and with salads or fish.
Tasting note
Pale pink in hue and softly fruity in scent, with strawberry and raspberry. Soft, round and supple in taste, finely fragrant and dry aftertaste.
Shelf life
Ready to drink now, good shelf life up to two years after harvest.
