Description

A special white wine by François Teisserenc. Always looking to make drinkable wines, they experimented with their excellent muscat grapes. In addition to the 'normal' and dry version, Arjolle makes the Alegria. The fermentation of the grapes is stopped just before the total conversion of sugar into alcohol by sterile filtering the juice. The result is a special and slightly sweet wine with a modest alcohol content. The sweetness is natural and comes from the muscat grapes and you can smell the pure aromas of the grape. Alegria tastes excellent as an aperitif but can also be combined with fruit salads. Serve this original wine at refrigerator temperature or even a little cooler, from an ice bucket.
