Description

A special white wine from the hand of François Teisserenc. Always looking to make drinkable wines, they experimented with their exquisite muscat grapes. In addition to the 'normal' and dry version, Arjolle makes the Alegria. The fermentation of the grapes is stopped just before the total conversion of sugar into alcohol by sterile filtering of the juice. The result is a special and slightly sweet wine with a modest alcohol content. The sweetness is natural and comes from the muscat grapes and you can smell the pure aromas of the grape. Alegria tastes excellent as an aperitif but can also be combined with fruit salads. Pour this original wine at refrigerator temperature or even slightly cooler, from an ice bucket.
