Description
Terre dei Buth is the project of brothers Massimo and Paolo Marion. Together they enthusiastically make very tasty organic proseccos in Treviso, in the Veneto.
They make the Spumante Rosé from the prosecco grape Glera, supplemented with a little Pinot Noir. The latter not only gives the color to the rosé, but also a nice juiciness. The grapes are grown organically and partly biodynamically in vineyards with characteristic stony soils.
After pressing, alcoholic fermentation takes place in the cellar. The wine is then transferred to a pressurized tank and some extra yeast and sugar are added. This initiates the second fermentation that gives the Prosecco its bubbles.
This creates this stimulating Spumante Rosé, with a refined scent of blossom, pear and raspberry. The taste is juicy and fruity, the mousse refined and persistent. It is delicious as a festive aperitif, with or without some tasty Italian snacks, or with pizza. And also suitable for vegans.
