Zibibbo is the Sicilian name for the aromatic muscat d'alexandrie and a true Sicilian specialty. And now let Stefano Caruso and his daughters Giovanna and Rosanna excel in that!
Their vineyards are located in the interior of the province of Trapani. The white grapes are planted at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level to ensure aromatic quality and freshness.
Once picked, a cold skin soaking takes place in the cellar, after which the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation and maturation take place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
It produces a special, wonderfully fragrant white wine with notes of blossom, stone fruit and a hint of spiciness. The taste is mild and juicy.
