Want to get to know the crystal-clear mountain wines of Kellerei Eisacktal in Alto Adige? Then try the seductively fragrant, juicy Isaras Weiss. Eisacktal is considered one of the leading producers in the region and this surprising white blend is their convincing calling card.

The Isaras is made from typical Alto Adige grapes Müller-Thurgau, Kerner and Silvaner. They are harvested in various Eisacktal vineyards, located at 550 to 610 meters altitude.

After careful selection, the grapes are gently pressed and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks follows. Finally, the wine matures briefly on the yeasts. This method ensures pure fruit aromas, invigorating freshness and a beautiful intensity.

The Isaras is also an original white, with an expressive aroma, juicy and intense taste and a refined aftertaste. It is great as an aperitif and also combines well with, for example, fresh salads, cheese fondue or Wiener schnitzel. Warmly recommended!
