Description

François Teisserenc from L'Arjolle has expanded his tasteful series of 0% wines! With the very successful L'Arjolle Zéro Sparkling Rosé.

What François does differently from many producers is that he does not use bulk wine quality grapes, but works with the grapes from which he also makes his beautiful Equilibre series. This ensures the distinctive aroma intensity and flavour concentration.

François ferments the Cabernet Franc and Syrah in the usual way. He then extracts the alcohol from the wine and adds the bubbles. It gives a sparkling, uplifting rosé bubble, with intense, juicy red fruit.

It is delicious as a non-alcoholic aperitif, to drink with or to toast at any festive occasion! The Zéro Rosé can be stored for up to eighteen months after harvest, see also the label for the best-before date.
