Information
Lean, refreshing white wine to drink as an aperitif or with light (fish) dishes. Delicious with sushi, (fish) carpaccio, vegetable quiche or young, hard cheeses.
Youthful, pale yellow wine with a modest aroma of pear, peach, lime and grapefruit. Light-footed, lively fresh and fruity in taste. The aftertaste is refreshing and nicely dry.
