Better than many cheap Champagne
This beautiful blanc de blancs is made from exclusively white grapes, namely 80% chardonnay and 20% aligot̩. The wine matures in the bottle for 36 months and is therefore extremely refined.
Vitteaut Alberti is a small company in Rully, the southern part of Burgundy, and has specialized in making top-quality Cr̩mants for three generations. According to many, a good Cr̩mant is the best champagne alternative and in the case of this Cuv̩e Lucien, tasteably better than many cheap champagne!
