Information
modern wine from an ancient Greek grape variety
remarkable white wine without oak aging
full, soft, aromatic and fresh in taste
delicious with pasta with fish

Borgo di Colloredo Greco

Dry white wine from the Italian region of Molise. Full and juicy in taste with ripe fruit tones and a fresh aftertaste. Delicious with starters and pasta with fish.

Known for the Biferno Rosso

The name says it all: greco de Greek indicates a Greek origin. This grape variety was probably planted near Naples before the era. The variety has become known under the name Greco di Tufo, a powerful white wine from Campania.

Pasquale and Enrico di Giulio turn the same grape in Molise into a full-bodied white version that is significantly rounder and softer than most grecos from Campania. In addition, this remarkable white wine does not mature in oak casks to maintain optimal grape expression. This journey to antiquity is special with a flawless white wine made with modern techniques.
