Ganz classic Pechstein Nase mit rauchiger Würze süssem Steinobst und fell Charakter. Top Struktur am Gaumen feiner Schmelz fell Tiefgang.
Pechstein refers to a rock of volcanic origin called pitchstone and the soil of this vineyard therefore contains the weathered remains of this rock. In addition, the soil contains lime and clay, both of which ensure that the soil retains water well and only supplies it to the vine in dribs and drabs. As a result, the yield remains low at 35 hectoliters per hectare and the grapes can ripen excellently.
