Description

'Ça pinote' says Jean-Paul Brun which means that this wine is gaining signature pinot noir aromas. Although made from the Gamay grape, this is a well-known phenomenon among the best Moulin-à-Vent. The winemaking method is also classic here and resembles that of a large Burgundy. Slow fermentations, no chaptalization (enrichment of the must with sugar) and use of natural yeasts.

Forget what you know about candy-like beaujolais and come and taste a great wine with only 12% alcohol! This is a wonderful meal wine that also tastes excellent when young.
