How different is this southern French Révélation from vineyards near the Aude river on the southern border of the Minervois. With ripe and juicy cabernet and merlot and lots of flavor length; the result of the mild Mediterranean climate is a modest yield in the vineyard and ten months of oak maturation.
This Bordeaux blend has a wonderfully round taste: delicious to drink but also a good accompaniment to many dishes. A perfect wine to always have at home!

The success is due to the passion and skills of 'bourguignon' Laurent Delaunay. He made a very successful and balanced blend of more than 60% super-ripe cabernet sauvignon and 40% merlot, a characteristic blend for many red Bordeaux.
In this price range, wine from that well-known region is – with a few exceptions – generally not very interesting. How different is this southern French Révélation, from vineyards near the Aude river, on the southern border of the Minervois.
No strict, dry wine, but a ripe and juicy Cabernet-Merlot with lots of length and concentration thanks to the mild Mediterranean climate and a modest yield in the vineyard. The ten months of oak maturation also gives a beautiful round, full taste.
The Révélation is irresistibly delicious to drink on its own, but also a good accompaniment to many dishes. A perfect wine to always have at home!
