During the strong rise of inexpensive wines from Chile, South Africa and Australia, for example, the regional wine from the Languedoc seemed doomed. However, the South of France is once again in the spotlight when it comes to current wines.
For several years, restaurateurs in particular have been looking for wines that combine better with dishes than most New World wines. Culinary applicability and drinkability are important selection criteria. The Fontanet wines fully comply with this.
