French red wine full and powerful in taste and with a refined aroma of oak. Pairs well with red meat - such as sirloin steak and tournedos - but also delicious outside of a meal.

Cap Saint Martin

This red wine from Château Cap Saint Martin can rightly be called Cuvée Prestige. It is the very best that winemaker Pierre Ardoin can produce in this wine region and from his own vineyards. His top wine mainly comes from specially selected Merlot and supplemented with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The yield is limited to only 40 hectoliters per hectare. After fermentation, the wine matures for approximately 12 months in small oak barrels. The better quality compared to the regular Cap Saint Martin is reflected in more color, more intense and more complex scents and a fuller but at the same time softer taste. Production is quite limited with approximately 1000 boxes.
