Lun Sauvignon Blanc
Dry Italian white wine with an intense and fresh aroma of boxwood and elderberry. The taste is juicy and balanced: delicious as an aperitif with fine appetizers, but also delicious with fish or crustaceans and shellfish.
Adige Lagrein
The northern Italian Alto Adige has a strong German-speaking history and is therefore often referred to as Süd Tirol. With about 1800 hours of sunshine per year and an average temperature of 18 degrees, the high mountain vineyards are an ideal production area for fresh and juicy white and red wines.
The H.Lun wine estate was started in 1840, making it the oldest individual producer in Alto Adige. Lun produces crystal clear wines from its own 30 hectares of vineyard. The sauvignon grape thrives very well in the vineyards of Lun and is a regular competition winner. The grapes are harvested in mid-September for optimum freshness of the wine. Naturally, the wine ferments under low temperature and follows a short maturation in stainless steel tanks.
