Description
Etienne Loew based in the village of Westhoffen firmly believes that the quality of the wine is 100% decided in the vineyard and his goal is to let the terroir speak as much as possible. This is one of the reasons why he switched to biodynamic viticulture in 2009. The technical knowledge of 'oenologist' Etienne guarantees a pure vinification in the cellar and he is one of the 'secret tips' of Alsace. The beautiful pinot gris comes from a small vineyard in the shape of an amphitheatre. The grapes are very ripe here and this results in a pinot gris with great richness and power. A unique wine that requires a nice matching dish.
