Collefrisio rosé Montepulciano
Italian rosé from montepulciano grapes with the scent of fresh red fruit. Because of the juicy taste and full structure, this wine goes very well with fresh starters and pasta with fish.
South Italian Rosato
What a great southern Italian rosé! Antonio and Amedeo are quickly gaining fame with their organically made quality wines. The special location of the vineyards - with a view of both the Adriatic Sea in the east and the Majella mountains in the west - ensures an optimal climate. The alternation of warm but not too hot days and cool nights ensures the right temperature differences.
As a result, the grapes retain freshness and aromas of fresh fruit. And that is precisely the basis for delicious rosé in this case from the montepulciano grape. This wine is not called 'rosato' but 'cerasuolo' on the spot. Highly recommended as an aperitif and with meals.
Collefrisio
Flawless juicy organic wines from Italy
In contrast to the large dominant cooperatives in southern Italy's Abruzzo, the small Azienda Collefrisio uses winemaking techniques aimed at high quality and preservation of typicity. In the organically farmed vineyards, excellent wines are made that are among the very best in the region.
Amedeo De Luca and Antonio Patricelli also possess the Italian sense of style and have recently embellished the labels. It is clear to them that not only the wine must taste good, but the packaging is just as important! Filarè is the successor to the Collefrisio Zero series.
