Red wine from Languedoc Roussillon

French red wine with an aroma of blackberries, vanilla and caramel. Thanks to its soft, balanced taste, it is delicious as a terrace wine, but also delicious with cold starters.

This merlot also comes from four corners of the world: Nîmes Béziers Carcassonne and Minervois. Laurent Delaunay especially wanted a full-colored, supple, thick merlot. He succeeded very well.

The short oak maturation also gives a seductive vanilla and caramel note. Very appealing and can be used anywhere due to its smooth taste.

The white and red wines of La Cour des Dames are selected and assembled by Laurent Delaunay, a versatile winemaker originally from Burgundy. The objectives for these house wines are accessibility, typicity and balance. With astonishing results: beautiful wines for a competitive price.

Since 2013, Laurent has been working with the Flemish Hilde Chevillot, who studied oenology in France. Her first harvest (2013) immediately hit the mark and produces more than remarkable quality in this price range.
