Enrico and Pasquale di Giulio
Full dry white wine from the three autochthonous grape varieties trebbiano, bombino and malvasia. The brothers Enrico and Pasquale di Giulio believe in the pure expression of the white grapes, harvest with a low yield and make the wine exclusively in stainless steel tanks. This allows you to taste a wine with the purest expression of the grape varieties.
Molise, the second smallest region of Italy, is located between Apulia and Abruzzo in two traditionally great wine regions. Perhaps this location is the reason why viticulture in Molise is still in its infancy. Nevertheless, the two brothers Enrico and Pasquale di Giulio built their beautiful Borgo di Colloredo on it. They would have had no chance with the production of cheap slobber wine, so from the start the focus has been on quality and originality.

What do we think?: | Jerry: Beautiful, intensely scented dry white wine with a powerful, pure aroma of ripe yellow fruit, peach and some toast. The round, soft taste lingers for a long time and is very balanced. |
