Burgundy Vezelay

Refined French white wine with the scent of yellow fruit and spices. The taste is juicy, balanced and fresh. Excellent with grilled fish, but also excellent with salads.

Cuvee Terroir

Vézelay is located in the north and somewhat isolated in Burgundy, between Chablis and Beaune. In 1990, twelve small producers in this relatively unknown wine region decided to join forces and work together from then on. They invested in a modern wine cellar and appointed Bernard Raveneau as winemaker; the son of one of the very best chablis producers.

Bernard has been working on the parental domaine for quite some time now and has set the quality bar high for his successor. It has been able to maintain the level and makes a wonderful, non-wood-aged chardonnay, comparable in style to beautiful chablis.

The small sympathetic cooperative has barely grown and - with twelve members and about thirty-four hectares of vineyard - a well-organized and quality-oriented producer.
