Fezas family makes Java Blanc

Fresh dry white wine from France with an aroma of green apple, boxwood and lime. The taste is fresh, smooth and pure. Excellent aperitif on the terrace or with fresh starters with fish.

Sauvignon blanc & Colombard from Gascony

Philippe Fezas is a qualified oenologist. At his own Domaine Chiroulet, in the southwest of France, he produces, among other things, this pure, expressive white Gascony, probably the best in the region. The Colombard and Sauvignon grapes ripen better, especially by allowing a slightly lower yield in the vineyards than usual. And because of the high quality of the skin, Philippe can apply a so-called maceration pellicular. In this, the grapes with skin soak in the juice for some time. The result: significantly more intensity in aroma and taste. After fermentation, the wine remains in contact with the yeast cells for a while for an even fuller and softer taste. Highly recommended.
