This quality rosé is full of refinement and is made from traditional regional grape varieties. Truly an absolute winner that has now collected many prizes.
This beautiful wine obviously tastes great as an aperitif, but is also a popular accompaniment to summer and Mediterranean dishes. For example, grilled fish, or a salad with roasted peppers and chicken. Domaine de Rimauresq, together with a handful of Provençal wine producers, can use the quality designation cru classé.
This right is only reserved for wine estates with an optimal terroir: the unique combination of soil type, location of the vineyards, grape varieties and microclimate. Harold Hamersma about this wine: “One of the most highly regarded Provence rosés. Extremely subtle.”
