Dry white wine from Sicily

The Inzolia is an original grape variety from Sicily and produces an attractive and original dry white wine. The high and therefore relatively cool vineyards of La Natura are located near Trapani (Western Sicily). The grapes ripen slower here and have a better sweet / sour ratio than the fast-growing grapes on the warmer plain. The grapes are grown organically and harvested manually. Because of this way of working, the yield in the vineyard is low, which in turn benefits the quality of the wine.
