Information

Organic Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah
Beautifully refined with a subtle, juicy-fresh taste
Beautiful aperitif rosé or with summer salads
Best tasting within 2 years after harvest

A delicious Rhone blend

Beautiful dry rosé with a salmon pink hue and a refined aroma of red fruit and mild herbs. The taste starts soft, mild and round, develops balanced and persistent.

Francois Collard

Delicate and with a refreshing taste. This is how François Collard describes his rosé, which is based on the elegance of Provence rosé but distinguishes itself with more juiciness. Mainly made from directly pressed Grenache and Mourvèdre grapes, supplemented with a little Syrah. The ripeness of the grapes and here too, the limitation of yield, is reflected in the fresh but subtly juicy and classically dry taste. Fleur d'Eglantine is a perfect, organic terrace rosé and accompaniment to summer salads. No artificial candy scents, but high-level refinement.
