The spicy Puech-Haut
One of the top cuvées from the Languedoc
Les Complices is the fruit and supple red wine from the prestigious Château Puech-Haut in the Languedoc. The winemaker selects the typical southern French grapes grenache and syrah from young sticks. After fermentation, he supplements the blend with a small portion of the more concentrated wines destined for the top cuvées.
The result is a delicious and very accessible Languedoc blend that tastes optimal soon after bottling. Les Complices therefore does not need to ripen any further and offers immediate drinking pleasure.
Drink this beautiful 'entry-level wine' from Château Puech-Haut just as it is, or with a piece of grilled meat, stews or cheeses and baguette. Like many red wines, this one tastes best when served at the room temperature of 16 to 18°C that was once intended.
