The grape is grown by a handful of farmers who are members of the cooperative, because they are strongly convinced of the potential of chardonnay in Puglia. They prove themselves right with this delicious white wine.



Thanks to the warm climate, the grapes can ripen beautifully. This produces a soft, round pinot grigio, with notes of ripe apple, peach and apricot. By harvesting on time, the grapes have retained sufficient fresh acidity for a perfect balance.
